West Bhutan

An ideal short duration tour covering the two most well known valleys of Thimpu (also capital of Bhutan) and Paro. Druk Air flies to Kathmandu, Bangkok and Delhi. Day 01 Arrive Paro. Meet by our representitive and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02 Sightseeing of Paro valley. Overnight at hotel
Day 03 Paro. Excursion to Taktsang. Drive to Thimpu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Thimpu Sightseeing, visit Memorial Chorten, tour of Capital shops, emporiums and handicrafts.
Day 05 Drive Paro for departure.

Three Valley Tour

Tours of the three valleys of Paro. Thimpu and Punakha / Wangdi, having been opened since 1974, could now be described as Bhutan classics. If you want to see a little more of the country over what the other West Bhutan itinerary has to offer, then this is the ideal tour.

Day 01 Arrival at Paro. Transfer to Hotel.
Day 02 Drive to Druhyel Dzong ruins and Paro Rimpung Dzong. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Excursion to Taktsang. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Drive to Thimpu. Enroute visit to Simtokha Dzong and Tashichho Dzong. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 Visit Memorial Chorten. Tour of Capital shops, emporiums and handicrafts.Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 Drive to Punakha and Wangdi Valley. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 Day at leisure or optional tour. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 Early morning drive to PARO Airport for departure.

Jomolhari Trek
 

By far the most popular route with the highest pass at 4,800 m. In three days walk the base of Mount Jomolhari and Jitchu Drake are reached without having to climb a pass. The trail follows for some time the old trading route to Tibet and passess the grazing pastures of Yak herders. You will get to see majestic mountain, beautiful alpine flowers, friendly and unassuming Yak herders, historical ruins, herds of blue sheeps and sometimes even the elusive snow leopard.

Day 01 Arrival at Paro. Meet by our representative and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 Fullday sightseeing of Drugyal Dzong ruins, National Museum, Paro Rimpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Paro -Excursion to Taktsang. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Trek begins. Paro to Shana. Overnight on Camp.
Day 05 Soi Thanothanka. Overnight on Camp.
Day 06 Jangothang. Overnight on Camp.
Day 07 Linoshi. Nyelela Pass. Overnight on Camp.
Day 08 Day at leisure. Overnight on Camp.
Day 09 Shodu(7/8 hrs) - Yalela Pass. Overnight on Camp.
Day 10 Dolamkoincho (7/8 hrs). Overnight on Camp.
Day 11 Dolamkoincho to Thimphu (7/8 Hrs). Trek ends. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 Thimphu sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13 Thimphu sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 Punakha and Wangdi excursion. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 Paro for departures. Overnight at hotel.
